民進黨主席學英文單字不用背 下載蔡英文昨天首度明確表態說，目前主流民意堅持總統直選，「內閣制沒有存在空間」。
朱立倫上午受訪時表示，修憲事關國家百年大計，不要有個人或一黨之私，應該是要建立權責相符的制度，台灣這幾年是否權責相符，大家都很清楚。民意也希望做一些調整，希望大家共同努力。
媒體追問朱立倫，遲遲不表態參選總統，是為了朱習會鋪陳？朱立倫反問記者，「有可能嗎？」
對於媒體問道，朱立倫連任百日民調，滿意度並沒有非常亮眼，是否施政太低調？朱立倫說，從桃園縣長到新北市長任內，都堅持這樣的作風，從來沒有針對就職百日有任何慶祝或舉辦活動。
他說，堅持每一天都很重要，畢竟市政工作是累積的，尤其新北市才剛升格，需要很多基礎建設，都要慢慢做好。1040331
